Opinion: ONC Boss Hajjat Hadijja Namyalo is a Liberatore & an Implementor

The President of the Republic of Uganda H.E Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa in his effort to realize his social contract with his voters who enthusiastically voted him back into office due to his good leadership, appointed Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye as his Senior Political Advisor and head of Office of National Chairman. SPA/PA Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye in a short time in office has changed the political landscape both socially and economically with her unmatched prowess in mobilization across the country, many youths had lost hope due to the untrustworthy character of some political players who could hardly deliver what the president has sent to the Bazzukulu on the ground.

Many mobilizers at the grassroots the majority are youths who have now seen a ray of hope since the time of Hadijjah’s appointment into the Office of National Chairman (ONC)-Kyambogo as the head.

The Office of National Chairman (ONC) NRM under the able leadership has since then embarked on a Nationwide implementation of the Presidential directive of economic transformation of Ugandans, the office has coordinators in various regions who are working tirelessly to implement the Presidential directives through monitoring NRM Manifesto implementation, Social Services and all Government programs like EMYOOGA, Perish Development Model (PDM), Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) and others which are intended to uplift the country and it’s people into the money economy.

The mass mobilization of Ugandans more so the Bazzukulu to engage in Economic production has been enhanced through providing inputs like sowing machines, haircut machines, and hairdryers, also ONC has distributed chicks with feeds and hybrid goats to various people across the country. Many people who had lost hope in as far as the Government playing a part in their well-being have now realized the president has good intentions but most of the time is let down by selfish and corrupt leaders.
