“To most Ugandan Doctors, you are the mainstream of health care systems, your regular treatment is a service of great generosity; each time people fall sick, you treat them selflessly to full recovery,” said Hajjat Hadijja Namyalo.
Hajjat Hadijah was today speaking to the intern Doctors who have been undergoing a retreat at National Leadership Institute (NALI), Kyankwanzi where she motivated them to how People will still look up to doctors, trust and confidence in them because it’s a great necessity to depend on doctors for healthcare needs.
SPA/PA Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo further noted that most of the doctors have had to overcome serious obstacles to become Doctors, and that’s not an imaginary reality everyone knows of including the Government of Uganda. She urged the intern Doctors to equally explore other diverse avenues like poultry & goat rearing to boost their income earnings alongside medical engagement.
In her closing remarks, SPA/PA Hajjat Hadijah appealed to the intern Doctors to always remember their oath not to do harm each time they sense delay from Government regarding their demands.
