The Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs, who also doubles as the Head Office of the National Chairman (ONC) NRM-Kyambogo, Hajjat Hadijjah Namyalo Uzeiye together with her ONC counterparts including PRO. ONC Dr. Brenda Jessica Tibamwenda, Head Mobilization at ONC Ms. Rosette Kazaire, and others met a group of different categories of people at Bat Valley Primary School playground in Kampala metropolitan to interact with residents from all divisions in Kampala who included Bodaboda riders, food vendors, ghetto people, sex workers, PWDs, the unemployed youths, among others.

The meeting mainly targeted to economically change the lives of Ghetto people, street vendors, Sex workers, and Bodaboda riders through material support and mindset change. They expressed their grief caused by the poor working conditions they face, particularly harassment by KCCA and Police, land grabbing which has become the order of the day.

She has donated some business equipment like Sewing machines, saloon dryers & clippers, and Haircutting machines, among others.
“This is just a takeoff of a broader plan by the NRM National Chairman to transform his people economically. Therefore, utilize these things we have given you well to uplift yourself economically” She said.

She has also promised to extend their concerns raised to H.E. the President of the Republic of Uganda Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who is also the NRM National Chairman for tangible solutions.
