ONC Busoga team visited Bugoto Health Centre II located at Bugoto Landing site in Mayuge District and noticed the Health facility is in an appalling situation, the facility doesn’t have a functioning toilet, the staff accommodation is in a daring situation to the extent that no sane person can live in it.
At the time of our visit, we noticed the place was dirty & on interacting with the in charge of the facility Mr. Bawube Samuel he reviled to us that the facility has no cleaner. The in-charge also raised a concern about the lack of a proper fence that would help them to control animals & unwanted visitors from accessing the facility.
